Dave has been active in community theatre for more than 25 years. Most of his theatre work has been with Elkhart Civic Theatre, where he has either appeared in or directed more than 30 productions.

He is a two-time winner of the Best Actor award at the Indiana Community Theatre League's annual festival competition, for his work in productions of "Sweet Charity" and "They're Playing Our Song."



Dave recently received ICTL's Outstanding Director Award for Elkhart Civic's 2005 production of "Cabin Fever."
